Stephanie Antoine

Board Member

Stephanie Antoine has been a practitioner of Vipassana meditation, attending silent retreats annually in support of her practice for over ten years. She has also been a practitioner of yoga, particularly restorative yoga, since the early 1990s, which has been a gateway to receiving the wisdom of the body. As a person with ADHD, she spent decades seeking consistent embodied stability on and off the mat and it did not manifest until she began to study with Tuere Sala during lockdown in 2020. She attended her first Nine Bodies Insight retreat in June 2021 and has attended all of them ever since. Without Nine Bodies Insight grounded Vipassana practice she would not be anchored and supported in the way she is. She is grateful to call Dharma Ground her home Sanga.

Professionally Stephanie is a Coach, specializing in Self Care and ADHD Coaching for People in Caring Roles, and a UMass Qualified Practitioner of MBSR. She is a former professional violinist and came to the US from the UK as a Fulbright Scholar. A proud mother of two twice exceptional young people, Stephanie is honored to serve on the Dharma Ground board. The ‘felt sense’ aspects of Nine Bodies practice make it accessible to a diverse range of practitioners. As a board member Stephanie looks forward to welcoming many more people into our community.
